      Hi zusammen,

      ich hab auf meine HD 800 SE das Image v4 geflasht und alles läuft super, es sei denn ich drücke die "Audio"-Taste. Dann passiert ein paar Sekunden nix und anschließend verabschiedet sich Enigma mit einem Greenscreen und startet neu. Danach ist meistens der Ton weg bis ich die Box komplett neustarte. Ist das ein bekanntes Problem?

    • nein eigentlich nicht. Auf der Box findest du per FTP unter /hdd die Crashlogs. Die letzten 30 Zeilen so einer Datei sollten hier reichen.

    • Unten kommt der Log-Auszug. Der genaue Hergang ist

      1. Audio-Taste drücken

      danach passiert nichts (es öffnet sich kein Menü, TV-Bild und -Ton läuft weiter) bis man

      2. eine andere Taste drückt (in meinem Fall "oben", vermutlich "Key up" im Log).

      Der Fehler ist reproduzierbar, ich habe noch nie das Audio-Menü in dem Image gesehen, also es passiert auch nach Box-Neustart (Strom weg) immer wieder wenn man die Audio-Taste drückt.

      Das ist ein Fehler im Skin. Welchen benutzt du?

      Das ist es. Mit dem "default"-Skin (müsste ja BlackShadow sein) geht es ganz normal.

      Die folgenden Skins (sind ja alle beim Image dabei) verursachen den o.g. Fehler:

      DMConcinnity-HD/classic-font
      DMConcinnity-HD/classic-font-2IB
      DMConcinnity-HD/new-font
      DMConcinnity-HD/new-font-2IB

      Habe alle getestet, kommt immer zum Absturz. Kann/Soll ich das irgendwo melden? Wenn ja wo?

      Du könntest einfach diesen Bereich aus der skin.xml aus dem Default Skin in die anderen Skins reinkopieren.

    • Die neueren Enigma Version nehmen fehlende Bereiche bei Skins einfach aus dem Default. Da gibt es den Fehler nicht mehr.
