Please point your help request to the source from where you've got these
Files/URLs to remove the illegal control characters.

Maybe the error is caused by the blank in:
'/userbouquet.iptv X.m3u.tv'

You can try the 7.0 or 7.2 HDF image with py3.
I think there are the same problem in atv with old py2 images.
