Service app issue - HDF 6.5

Hello
I installed and reinstalled service app, but actually it disappears after 1st setting, while keeps appearing in list of system plugins.
New install and going back to initial setting causes sw problem and box rebooting>no service app in menu again.

This is an old serviceapp problem and can be solved after a fresh restart.
Go to serviceapp settings after reboot and change what you need.
If you try it later, the app crash. Most of times, it works only after a fresh reboot.

Not really, you have this problems in all images from time to time.
Change your settings after fresh reboot.
How often do you want to change settings in serviceapp?

Not really often, but some of my favourite IPTV channels are visible by exte3 player only.

What else should I report, except that the box is Hitube 4k combo (not dm820) as per this section?
I repeat that service app issue here reported is not present in OpenATV.
On the other hand, Koivo said "We have all the same problem", but no solution seems to be at hand.

If this is about a Hitube 4k combo box, then why do you post a crash log from a dreambox in Post #1 ?
What is the Build # of the OpenHDF Image ?
Did you activate
Menü -> Einstellungen -> Aufnahme / Wiedergabe -> Aufnahme/Wiedergabe Einstellungen -> Aktiviere die ServiceApp für 5001 und 5002 Streams ?

That's what I mean if I say "give us the necessary information" and everything else you left out.

By the way, the Hitube 4K Combo is a HiSilicon Box and the standard serviceapp for HiSilicon Boxes
is the HiSiliconService.
Did you try to configure the HiSiliconService ?
