I don't know, if this is related to your problem … Picons Updater was recommended to me here in the forum, but it crashed every time I used it. It turned out, that Picons Updater crashes, when it hits the service refs of the typical IPTV-Streams from the HDF downloader (or other similar IPTV-Streams with repeated Service refs like "#SERVICE 4097:0:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:xxxx").
I stopped using it. (Maybe the problem is fixed now) -
