Sw update/Image on line flash do not start

Hello
Whenever I try to start these operations, a popup comes out "Your receiver encountered a software problem".

Logs attached.

Help appreciated.

Are you able to use your Harddisk?

seems that your Harddisk causes the error.
remove the hdd!

Yes I do, recordings work fine

Thanks, but should I trash the hdd (which performs recordings regularly)?
Or initialize it?

Try to inialise it.
But you will lost your recordings.

Fortunately, I have few recordings, and I can move them to another hdd.
However, first I will try to load the latest image by usb and see if the issue reproduces.
