Looks like a problem with settings to overwrite your own settings or not.
Best way is to backup your settings, do an online flash and restore your settings after first start.

Ooops...the issue holds whenever backup settings and Image online flash is selected.
Will load new image by usb and come back if issue remains.

Wich settings do you have selected exacly? Can you take a screenshot and upload it here?
I mean the settings inside Software/Flash/Backup and if you press the menu button at this place.

Sorry I can't send screenshot, as the box crashes whichever item i select, menu included.

If i understand this right, you have the same problem with clean flash from USB, without restore your settings?
In this case, the problem must be present at all users. I think not.

It seems that settings should not be restored to prevent the issue.
This applies to Formuler1 and Mutant51 as well.
Do you think this can be fixed on next buids?

I cannot fix a problem with old settings.
Best idea is to export your channelist via webif and do the settings nw after flash.
You can import your channellist via openwebif in the new image, but don't use old settings.
