Hello, all the mp4 videos are stretched to the full size of the image instead of the original size in which the film is recorded, the lack of synchronization of sound with the image in each mp4 movie, is there a possibility to solve this problem?

I know about it, but for me Spark is the best system I've ever used. As for the problem of syncing the sound with the image on mp4 and other movies, if I change to 480i resolution then the sound goes correctly, and if I change to 720 or 1080x1920, then there is no synchronization of sound with the image, I'm just writing about media player movies. Really no one can convert a Spark system?
