Can I change the hard disk format from NTFS to ext4 without deleting the data? I do not have the possibility to copy the entire contents of the disk to another memory, because it is too large. Or maybe some driver to Neutrino to read the contents of the disk?

No, when changing the disc file system ( new formatting ) always all data will be lost.
If you take a Neutrino from January 2018, ntfs drives will be handled very good.
I can record several hd services at the same time without problems.
I know E2 can´t also E2 is no option on those hardware. -

I have some questions about E2 Neutrino:
1. Is it possible to rewrite the channel list from Spark to E2 Neutrino?
2. Does E2 Neutrino support Wifi adapter (I will give you the exact name later)
3. Does E2 Neutrino support usb hub 4 ports so that you can connect to it Wifi adapter and HDD drive?
4. Does the E2 deal with low SR to 300 SR? Spark supports the lowest SR 300.
5. Is the plugin wicardd 1.19 or higher available for E2 Neutrino?

First: It is Neutrino Gui NOT E2 (Enigma2) Gui
The Base (Linux-Kernel) and the SH4 specific drivers might be the same, but that´s all. Enigma2 uses another mediaframework and a lot of code is in python.
To your points:
1.) May be, I have seen spark last for about 5 years...
2.) Some adapters will work..to find in kernel options
3.) usb hubs will work, but it´s better to use ones with own power supply
