Portuguese translations

Hi,

My wife (she is Portuguese) told me that the Portuguese translations of the user interface are not fully translated , some words are still in english and other in Portuguese. Can someone tell me how to submit translations for the user interface?

Uhh there a lot of work. You can found the language file her: github.com/openhdf/enigma2/tree/master/po
I think this is pt.po?

This is simple a textfile and looks like:

msgid "original text"
msgstr "translated text"

You can compile the edited files with poedit poedit.net/ to .mo file and place it to your box.
The folder is /usr/share/enigma2/po/language/LC_MESSAGES/enigma2.mo.
Overwrite this file with compiled .mo file from poedit und restart enigma2 to see the results.
And if you do this ... please upload the .mo file in this thread. This would be great.
