Question: do I have to update bootloader before flashing HDFreaks image?

I got my Nemesis today and checked out the Atemio image, it couldn't format/mount my internal hard drive. It shipped with 3.46 Bootloader.

Then I flashed HDFreaks image and my hard drive is formatted and mounted/ready to use.

Flashing the Atemio Nemesis is a little different than the ET9200. I inserted the USB stick>> displayed complete but did not reboot automatically...I $hit my pants when this happened (thought I bricked it) but then removed the USB stick and turned off the switch on the back of the box, then turned it back on and HDFreaks image booted without problems.
