I'm french, excuse me if i have a bad english please be cool i'm new

i have a receipter GI GENIUS E3HD and today for this morning I have a picture on my screen and this reboots in a continuous loop.
anybody could help me please?

You use an old image. I think, the best idea is to flash a fresh image.
The keymap file from MultiQuickButton is crashed.You can delete the multiquickbutton plugin with ftp.

problem was solved, I was connected ftp there and I made a complete backup...
