V6 image and no emu started

New user with the "HDF Team Image"'s and WOW.. Soo easy to start using E2 on my box..
But i have a problem starting emu, i edited the conf's and started/restarted emu serveral times but i get no picture.
Did i miss something?!

Which emu do you test for and wich config have you edited?
Can you see a reaction (login) on the server?

Mgcamd and Camd3

I edited newcamd.list and camd3.config .. Tried starting them both but no reaction.
Pressing "info" button shows me the emu starting but nothing else!?

Have you download the emus from our addon server? I check that again.

Yes, i did.
Dowloaded the addons and conf's from the addon server.

Its the right way to do it?, download addons, edit conf's and start emu thrue "Toolbox/Softcam Manager" ??

Yes absolutely correct. Can you test the other emus like cccam and oscam?

Sure, would love to help out.. But i have NO expericence with cccam or oscam..

You can configure the oscam to connect to a newcamd server.
Edit the "oscam.server" under /etc.

HMM.. Addons-manager puts configs in /var/keys..
Should configs be in /etc or /var/keys?

Can i put multiple entrys in conf for multiple ports?

In image v6 is a new oscam integrated in version #2300 with the configs in /etc.
The old oscam version from addon server have the configs under /var/keys.

Tried editing everything but nothing works for me. I still get no picture in either mgcamd,camd3 or oscam.. Im stuck.. Will try out V5 image

Reverted back to V5 .. Installed mgcamd via addons and copied my newcamd.list over. Started mgcamd and it worked!... HMM

hmmm i have tested now the mgcamd from addon server with an cccam server and it works.
have you edited the mg_cfg?

Back to V6. This time i just installed mgcamd from addons server and copied my 2 files over and now it works!! :thumbsup:
