First you have to activate the driver:
<blue> -> "Network" -> "WLAN Setup" -> "Driver Setup"
Are you sure, that it have a RT5370 chipset?
I found old threads called different chipsets...? google
Downloading the driver is to slow for me, don't want to wait 1/2 hour...?.
