You will probably have not fun with this settings. I have the settings leave on my Box, i must test this with many reboots.

The channels are crashing again with this settings-package. Is only a question of time, how it comes again, when you rebooting the box.

30 min ago, i send my own settings back to the box. With this i have no crashes after several reboots.

My own satellites.xml in my settings looks a bit different from yours. But is this the Problem? I can test this only tommorow. Not now at this time.
And then I would try something else with this settings, but i have not enough time in this week. Only at the next weekend.

OK, i dont know if that is the problem?

After the last post my settings crashes on rai1 and after a reboot again . The only thing that i have changed on my box is to activate the Tuner A yesterday for tests.

Now i have deactivated, i dont need this tuner. I have first your original and now my settings on the box to test it the next 2 hours again. Tomorrow when i make adjusting at some Plugins, i let your old settings on the box, to see if they want also crashes in 2-3 hours again with deactivated Tuner A.

thank you for this effort regarding this, i dont have a crash -- but honestly i didnt watch it -only 1 hour.

Obviously its a BUG in the hyperion-- as i told you-- my box is spark reloded990 (GM) -- and i roll back one NEBULA v3 from last year and works without the crashes.

Means: somebody need to fix this rai issue in the image, you and i will never fix it in our lifetime trought the settings..

Dont want to say nothing stupid, so im waitning. im using different chanell list in different other enigma2 boxes(dont want to list it here) NOONE HAD this RAI problem,

Only thing that we need to wait.. also sorry that nobody from PKT didnt reacz on this.. not a nice support.

you and me with this 7111 having the same problem.. the hyperion is faulty in this rai1 issue for sure. need to push them somehow.

After Dreamboxedit manipulation, the issue with RaiSport2 seems to be resolved.
However I had two other greenscreens when recalling the previous channel, and switching to another channel.

Attached the logs, hope in kind comments/suggestions.

PKTeam has get delivered many crashlogs from my stb with the same informations and many more information as in this thread.

It is either the c++ section, or directly in the driver.

Try to change some module(for example "stmdvb.ko" in /lib/modules), with another code as in this image that you use.
!!! BUT-->try it at your own risk. It can happend, that the stb won't start with that modules .

Older images(for example like Nebula from pkt), has not this problem with rai-channels(some users has it wrote). Newer images-->i dont know. I have never test this again .

When this problem is also in Hyperion v4(actual image from PKT)-->write it in the forum from PKT himself.
Its normally their job to solve the problems like that.

I dont use rai-channels, its your problem(or better-> all italian Tv-user).

have you activated Tuner A, or is Tuner A in use on your stb?

You may remember the image is Sorglospaket v3, sorry if I didn't recall. STB is Amiko Alien2 3 tuners.
I found it is the very best image for my use, after unsatisfactory testing of any other (the most recent included).

The tuner A (DVB-T) has been duly activated in the blue panel (settings>extra setup>DVB-T/C switch), although I can get many less channels than available, no matter which is the selected country. This is also a problem, but I guess a different thread should be opened.

How should I change the module stmdvb.ko?

The Tuner A must be deactivated over-->Menu-->Setup-->Service Searching-->Tuner configuration-->Tuner A:... .
The "Configuration mode" must be set to "nothing connected".

The configuration over the BluePanel, is only for switching the Tuner A between Dvb-C and Dvb-T/T2, not for turn-on, or turn-off.

The Sti7162(like my Gm Triplex, or your Alien2) runs better(stable) with rai-channels on 13°, after my last test with Hyperion v3(like your mod-image) and deactivated Tuner A.

For the replace of some module(.ko-files), it depends an other file(like from an other image, or a new builded version ).
How it works .

But you can manipulate these files(.ko and binarys and all other files in the image) with variuos other platforms.
In windows->there are not enough opportunities for that. It gives ways under windows(like hex-editors, for mini-maniplutaion), but not good enough, to make the hole original code readable, to see what is the difference between the working file and the not working file.

But when you have the difference between these, you can insert it. Without build these new, over an environment under an Linux-platform.

But these are needs many time and tests, to see if it will ever go?

I'm afraid I'm not expert enough to carry out the tests you have mentioned, not to tell that I have many other devices to handle.
However I'm deactivating tuner A, as the channels are very few and can be received better by other DVB-Ts I owe.

For users they need the activated Tuner A and the Rai-channels from Hotbird 13°:

and when you have problems with that under Pkt Hyperion v4, then write more messages in the pkt-forum.

Also when you became no answer from pkt-himself.

Again and again . Then the problem would solved someday(maybe?).

But write that the channels are temporarly crypted, not over the hole time(so that pkt must/and can test it self).
