SF4008 is not bad receiver...Just bad support

Your channel list maybe corrupted? Try to load new list but first delete"epgrefresh.xml" in /etc/enigma2.

Not only audio problems,signal problems(blurry picture) is back too

I just did a telnet upgrade,from build #76 to 78,and no audio problems.Except AC3 or DD and some other things but,that's another story... Octagon driver etc,etc

I see no difference from old cable xml.Still no names for new channels (Health.tv, Welt der Wunder TV, God.tv , QVC Beauty & Style HD,Motorvision tv and Nat Geo Wild) Replaced old one with yours in /etc/tuxbox,reboot box,performed new scan and got same channels like before.Anyway,Thanks for your work PS. I'm by UM Hessen. Tested on SF4008 with HDF image build#74.

I did a new flash HDF 6.1 build#205 and all is good now.

Same here!New driver suck.I'm starting to believe that they are not capable to fix it.
