The program Dogsetting not download/upload the settings directly on the decoder regarding the SPARK system.
In /root/spark/AppDb/, shall be placed on file dbase.bin.
Dbase.bin the file is a binary file that currently the program can not read / write (I do not know the structure - if anyone knows me places) for this reason, the program reads and writes the XML file
