How and where to copy these diverse plugins?

I found here, plug-inshttp://www.hdfreaks.cc/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=3413 just do not know where and how to put and install on my alien?

Step 1
Download the package you want to install and extract the ipk file out of the rar archive.

Step 2
You can either use DCC (Dreambox Control Center) to install in your (Enigma2-running) Alien
or
Connect to your receiver with FTP and place the (ipk) file in /tmp/
Connect to your receiver with telnet and type

ipkg install <filename>.ipk
(replace <filename> with the name of the file)

Step 3
Restart Enigma2
