Also falscher Alarm, sorry.

Nachdem ich auf Slot 2 Version 7 drauf habe ist bei 6.5 nach Update auf Slot 1 die Multibootauswahl für Auswahl 12 weg . Also kein PIP mehr.

Ich mache internes CS einer HD+-Karte, weil ich alleine bin und 2 TVs habe. Unter 7.0 (auf Clientseite/Octagon SF 8008)) mit Oscam-Softcam dauert es zeitweise ewig, bis entschlüsselt wird (wenn überhaupt) und in regelmäßigen Abständen friert das Bild ein. Der Server ist ein 6.5 Axas E4 HD Ultra. Wenn ich den Client auf 6.5 umstelle ist es stabil. Netzwerk bei allen über Kabel. Das ist schon seit einigen Versionen so... Habe auch schon mal alles neu eingespielt/konfiguriert. Vergrößerung des Timouts hat keinen Effekt.

Wenn es nur um HomeCS geht, kannst dir auch mal das plugin "remotechannelstreamconverter" anschauen....
wird auf dem client -Receiver installiert.

Ich mache das auch so und keine Problem damit. Ich vermute da ist in den Configs was faul.

Ist ja auf der Client-Seite(Oscam) nur der Reader mit der IP, dem User und die Version 2.3.0. Und das ist identisch zur 6.5er. Habe auch meinen 2ten Octagon ausgepackt, der hat unter 7.0 den gleichen Fehler und läuft unter 6.5 auch...

Dann muss doch was im Oscam Log zu sehen sein.

Kaum schreibt man drüber, schon funktioniert es... oder so... Kommt man sich ganz schön doof vor....

Habe gerade das V7 gebootet, aktuell treten keine Fehler auf. Im Log sind aktuell nur zeitliche Aussetzer wie dieser:

drin, die allerdings (noch) keine Freezer verursachen. Ich lasse das Image jetzt mal wieder weiterlaufen und stelle einen Log ein, wenn es wieder auftritt.

3924 ms für einen HD+ Reader sind aber verdammt viel. Das sollte so um die 500-700ms sein.
Ist der Reader wirklich lokal in deinem Netzwerk?
HD+ sollte auch der Provider 1830 sein und nicht 1834, oder ist das eine Karte für Kabel?

Die Karte habe ich mal bei ebay-kleinanzeigen gekauft. Abńgeblich Sat. Die 192.168.2.45 ist 2 Stockwerke tiefer im gleichen Netzwerk. Der Octagon hat die 192.168.2.39. Dazwischen sind ne Fritzbox 6690 und ne Fritzbox 4040 (als Accesspoint konfiguriert) und ein Huawei-Router als AP. Aber auch per WLAN gibt es die Aureißer.

Wenn ich den 192.168.2.45 aus dem Dach(per Huawei) per WLAN anpinge, ist das eigentlich unauffällig:

Die Zeiten sehen ganz gut aus, aber bei Sat sollte es der Provider 1830 sein.
Das hat jetzt aber nicht mehr mit 7.0 zu tun und sollte ein eigenes Thema werden.

Das sollte aber auch nicht die Ursache sein. Schließlich läuft die Karte im Axas problemlos und mit 6.5 auch bei CS, ich hatte seit 2018 noch nie Probleme mit der Karte.

Am Axas (Server) sind die Zeiten auch "normal"

Die Zeiten vom/zum Dach sind super.
Die anderen gehen gerade noch.

Daumenregel:
Alles was länger als 200 ms dauert, empfindet der Mensch als zu langsam.

3924 ms (~4 Sekunden) sind zuviel.

Das weiß ich ja...

Das waren vorhin die Zeiten vom Notebook per WLAN im Dach bis zum Axas im Erdgeschoß.

Wenn ich im Receiver ein Terminal aufmache und den anderen anpinge, sind die Ping-Zeiten um 1ms:

Trotzdem sind die Oscam-Zeiten wie oben... Ich checke das morgen nochmal mit 6.5 auf dem Client.

Deaktiviere mal das ipv6 an der Clientbox über die HDF-Toolbox. Vielleicht hilft das.

Guter Vorschlag... Jetzt ist der Fehler wieder da...

...und das Terminal ist ohne IPV6 anscheinend auch nicht nutzbar...
