EPG with HDF 6.4

Hello, please can you help me.

Every time i try to use the EPG using the HDF image i cannot read the EPG.
If i press the 'i' (info) button on my remote nothing happens and if i press the 'Guide' button
i get an error and the receiver reboots.

Is there another way to look through the next
programs for each channel and read the EPG info?

Which box?
Image + build?

The box is the Xtrend ET-9200
The image is the HDF 6.4 - build #73
Where would the crash log be found? In HDD or tmp?

I fear, Googi's short answer "/logs" is not totally clear (for people, who don't find the logs Directory easily by themselves).

On the filesystem of the box, the directory is /home/root/logs
From remote PC with Windows, convenient access (to boxes with HDF Image) would be: Windows-key + r-key together, type \\ip-of-your-box-or-network-name-of-your-box\Logs followed by Enter-key. Similar from other operating systems. Please note the difference between slash "/" and backslash "\" above.

After pressing the 'info' button on my remote this is the log i have got for the error and the reboot.

It would be very helpful to know why we cannot read an EPG for any current or 'Next' channels...because we never know what film is on any channel unless the name of the film is in english. Also, because we cannot read the EPG for any channels we can not access the TMBD details to read in English about the film.

Looks like a problem of EPG type settings.
What settings for EPG do you have activated ... graphic, text or whatever.
Do you have try a clean flash without old settings?

Can you post your /etc/enigma2/settings file here?

The settings used are as follows:

EPG location - internal flash

Show EIT now/next in infobar - yes

MultiEPG settings:
channel preview mode - yes
show bouquet on launch - no
skip empty services - no
OK button (short) - Zap
OK button (long) - Zap+Exit

SingleEPG settings:
channel preview mode - no
skip empty services - no
OK button (short) - Zap
OK button (long) - Zap+Exit

InfobarEPG settings:
view mode - Single EPG
channel preview mode - Fullscreen
skip empty services - no
OK button (short) - Zap
OK button (long) - Zap+Exit

Graphical InfobarEPG settings:
view mode - Single EPG
channel preview mode - Fullscreen
OK button (short) - Zap

UPDATE: Updated the image via 'Online flash' to the latest version and now the EPG is working again.

I don't know if they are the same. I just flashed an online update to the latest build (21/6) and it worked again.
I've now had to flash a completely new image as the MP plugin cannot be accessed using the HDF image anymore.

Cannot be accessed or cannot be installed?
MP don't work again if you have installed the satvenus panel.
This panel can also be the problem with your epg settings or something else.

No, the MP was installed via the IPK file to the 'tmp' folder and installed via local extension.
It was working previously without any issues.

Previously, once MP was selected after pressing the 'info' button on the remote you were able to
enter your PIN to access the addons but now when you press the 'info' button nothing happens.

This means we cannot use MP anymore.

We tried uninstalling then re-installing but still the same problem.
