Problem while software updating

Software update does not complete, while a popup says "your receiver has encountered a software problem".

Do you have selected "Upgrade with GUI" or "Unattended upgrade without GUI"?

Simply pressed OK on item Software update in the window with different options (upgrade, restore, manage extensions, image full backup and so on..)

I have trry it at the weekend with all possible ways without any crash.
Please backup your settings, flash online the newest version and restore your settings.

Thanks Koivo, but when i select "backup your system settings", the same popup as 1st post comes out, then no operation can be done anymore: the box must be restarted by the rear switch.
Same popup appears when "Image online flash" is selected: in this case nothing happens but the box remains operative.

I think there is someone crashed at the filesystem.
You can try to backup your channellist via webinterface - bouqueteditor - export.
After this, flash the box via usb stick or online flash completely new and don't restore your enigma settings.
After flashing, you can restore your channellist via webinterface again.
