Ixuss one - crash after deep standby

Hi,
Problem is only When box starts from deep standby (restarts are ok), after initial enigma2 loading it hangs terribly. After several power on/off attempts box stars, but unfortunately there are no logs recorded. Please for help, Is it is a know issue or is specific for this receiver?
Currently I am using 2.234, but problem was always there also with previous versions. Boot loader is 1.02

Sound like a problem with hardware or flash.
Do you have the same problem after complete new flash without restoring any settings, plugins or what ever?

I cannot confirm this, I should try. Interesting is that hang happens when STB was in deep standby state for long time, if I powered it on immediately booting is normal.
I can make enigma 2 log if it helps.

/dev/fb1: No such file or directory
framebuffer not available.

Looks like a problem with accessing driver at flash.
The box cannot load the driverbinary correctly.

I think this is a problem with hardware not with driver.
The supplier can solved this with new bootloader, but ixuss is death. I mean there is nothing coming again for ixuss.

So this is boot loader issue, I mean I should't take box for repair?

After clean installation of 2.238 everything is fine. Maybe problem was that before that I have flashed a full backup of 2.234 over a kernel left from previously tested PBNigma. I have also network mounts pointed to not correctly working NAS, which maybe was also a reason for crashes after initial load. Now everything works fine
