Hi I'm in need of some serious help!!

Ive gone into software
management and clicked updates. Before I clicked download a box appeared
saying there's a chance it might not reboot as there was a lot of
updates...however like a Muppet I took my chances and when it rebooted
it froze on the loading screen with " Open ATV" on the screen and I cant
do anything with it.

I saw the other thread on here and see they were told to flash their back up....but I haven't got a back up, some real help here would be much appreciated

Ive done that and flashed the image to the screen but now the channels Ive scanned wont show on the screen how do i go about fixing this?
