Don't have the A2 but the GM Triplex and this release is running quite OK. Only issue which happens from time to time is that the error "tuning failed - please check tuner configuration" pops up and then in most cases it requires a reboot. Also timer based recording does not start when media center is opened at start time, as soon as the media center is closed the recording will be started (if end time has not expired).

One 11147 and 3 11151 installations down the line I get the same error - it can not boot. It starts and it ends on the clock (00:00) and it can not move on from that point....
I even went to Spark > MENU > Plugins > WLTool > erased E2 > then I did everything from scratch and again, after 2-3 restarts - stuck...
I didn't even manage to get to OSCam etc. Just basics: interface, network, channels list in, tuner configuration and - BOOM!
Today I have no internet via modem, just a 3G stick, so couldn't even download anything - no real modifications!
I really wanted to test the Media Centre and DVD files I have but sadly...
Nobody else with such a problem? -
I see Mikam, that may be it, somehow - after I send the channels list and configure the tuner, I must reboot and - I always get stuck there, one or two reboots after that......
Trying Neutrino now, to test if there is anything else the matter... -
Any chance to do a serial log to see where and why it stops? Possible wrong settings in dreamset (or whatever tool you use for uploading the channel list/settings) but in this case I would more expect a boot loop instead of full boot stuck situation.

So you get that far? I though it is not booting up at all and hangs in very beginning. I assume that would also do and that could then be an indication that restoring the channel setup is causing some issue here.
I have connected the serial cable to my linux terminal server via serial usb connector and I use ttylog:
ttylog -b 115200 -d /dev/ttyUSB0 -
No, once it got stuck it would not move from the 00:00 on VFD and I didn't try the telnet commands...
I am now testing Neutrino, if nothing else then to discard the channels list etc.
But I need a "bit" more info how to set up null modem and telnet, please... -
Depending on the laptop/PC you use for connecting to the box you need a terminal program like putty (or I recommend the stbadmin tool from morly from HDMU team, it includes a serial logging option and is available for Windows, Mac and linux) with settings 115200 8N1 if I'm not mistaken. in ttylog I only need to give the baud rate.

OK, as you can figure it out, I do have PuTTy...
And I will try it later on, ASAIC...
Just give us the link, please, where to get the other piece of SW, please... -

Echhh...
My old PC (with serial ports) is in the basement, under a lot of stuff...
I do not have the serial to USB adapter and I can't go out, as a plumber is supposed to have been here at 10 - but this is Italy, you know...
Grrrrr....
