Hi experts, I've just brought Gigablue QUAD and have latest HDF image and have also done software upgrade to bring in latest driver. The problem I'm having is I can't locate any more option in setup menu to choose style pf Picons on LCD. I can see picons on LCD and on meny etc, however I wanted to update the LCD picon style. Unfortunately Manual is all in German and I'm unable to find out Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Koivo, Just to provide update. This lack of picture isn't to do with Skin. It happens with any skin I try. The solution was to use TV/Radio button and switch to Radio than switch back to TV and than all of sudden pictures are back on. Happens on every time box is started after shutdown. Don't think this can be normal. Any suggestion..

Ok problem fixed. Manage to download new skins and by swaping skins, it fixed the issue. Glad it is resolved, but not impressed with the quality of the software build. Way too many bugs and issues. Battling with it for last 3 days...

Ok, Thanks. But if thats the case why is working on Virtualzap and also free to air have exact same issue i.e. nothing on full screen but PIP on virtual zap bar displays picture. Also I've disabled card server camd3, still no difference.

Hi Koivo, So tried changing Enable AutoResolution to Yes and No, both option didn't work. While I fixed the VirtualZap (as per my other thread), I choose PIP = yes in infobar and guess what, the picture is visible in the infobar, if I open Virtualzap bar by pressing Exit button (when nothing else is on). So OSCAM is working fine. I also went to Softcam Cardserver Manager did "Restart Both" but Channel resolution is still jumbled up. Normally you see 1920 x 1080 or something like that. Please see…

Found Virtual ZAP plugin and enabling it by selecting "Usage = With Exit Button" worked fine. Many thanks for pointing me in right direction.

As the subject says, if you've no other menu or interface open and watching a channel, when you press Exit button, it brings up at the bottom of the channel bar (where you would have normally Info Bar). It allows you to view previous and after channels and also flick thru them to move to those channels. Hi experts, I got new GBQUAD two days ago and after initial struggle manage to set up my oscam and other configuration to enable all the channels on Sky UK. It worked fine until today morning as in my quest to keep box up to date, I run software upgrade which after few mins gave message that 164 packages are either updated/installed or deleted with 0 errors. Box restarted after that, but now I've no picture. Audio is just fine. Could you please, please, please help me to see what I've done wrong…
